Image Animator AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for applicable purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content, including videos, text, images, or other materials, that you upload or generate using the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, upload, publish, or share through the Service.
By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Image Animator AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
You agree not to upload, generate, or share any User Content that:
We apply zero tolerance to CSAM, terrorist or violent extremist content, credible threats of imminent serious harm, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes. We may immediately block access, preserve relevant records, and report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
Creations generated by users who have not paid for the Service may be submitted for review and displayed in our public gallery or other public showcase areas after approval. Free creations are not displayed publicly before they have been reviewed and approved.
Paid users can choose whether a creation is public or private when starting a generation. A creation marked private will not be submitted for public display. A creation marked public will appear in public areas only after it has passed our review.
Our safety process may include automated review of prompts and other generation inputs, safety controls operated by the applicable AI model provider, manual review of every video submitted for public display, and manual investigation of reported content or conduct. Approval for public display does not endorse the content or prevent later removal if new information shows that it violates these Terms.
Anyone may report suspected prohibited content or conduct by emailing [email protected] with the subject Content Safety Report.
Please include, where available, the relevant content URL, task ID or account identifier, a clear description of the suspected violation, supporting screenshots or other evidence, and a way for us to contact you if more information is needed.
We keep a reporter's identity confidential to the extent reasonably possible and permitted by law. Reports are reviewed impartially based on the available evidence. Knowingly false, malicious, repetitive, or abusive reports may result in restrictions on the reporting user.
The following targets begin when a report reaches our monitored reporting email. "Initial human review" means a human assessment of the report, not merely an automated email receipt.

We prioritize credible risks to children or imminent safety. If a complex investigation, incomplete report, third-party response, or legal requirement prevents resolution within the target period, we will notify the reporter when reasonably possible, explain the reason for the delay, and provide an updated estimate.
Depending on the nature, severity, context, and frequency of a violation, we may reject a generation or publication request, remove content from public display, restrict account features, issue a warning, suspend or permanently terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities. We may take immediate action without prior notice when necessary to protect users, third parties, the Service, or the public.
If we take action against your content or account, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject Content Moderation Appeal within 10 business days after receiving the decision. Include the affected content or account, the decision being appealed, and the reason you believe it should be changed. Where reasonably possible, a person who was not responsible for the original decision will review the appeal. We aim to decide appeals within 10 business days and will provide an updated estimate if a complex case requires more time.
All intellectual property rights in the Site, the Service, and any content provided by Image Animator AI, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Image Animator AI or its licensors. You are granted no rights or licenses in these materials except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Image Animator AI regarding the Service ("Feedback") will be the exclusive property of Image Animator AI. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account's subscription settings. After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the next billing period, and this charge is non-refundable.
No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or subscription downgrades under any circumstances.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
Image Animator AI may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations will survive termination, including those related to payment and intellectual property.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Image Animator AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Image Animator AI disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Animator AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if Image Animator AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Image Animator AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
